Important Information for International Customers
1. Countries with Official Distributors
Please note that Pognae products cannot be purchased or shipped to the following countries due to the presence of official distributors:
Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Ukraine, Germany
2. Customs and Import Duties
When purchasing Pognae products, customs duties may be applied according to the customs laws of your country. Any customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase confirmation.
4. Return Policy
- Products with the tags removed are not eligible for return.
- Returns are not accepted for items that cannot be resold.
- Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs for returns.
5. Complimentary Repairs
If a manufacturing defect is found during normal use, we will provide free repairs.
6. Paid Repairs
Repair costs will apply in the following cases:
- Issues not caused by manufacturing defects
- Damage or malfunction caused by regular use or customer negligence
7. Cases Where Repairs Are Not Possible
Repairs cannot be performed in the following situations:
- Fabric tears, holes, or other significant fabric damage
- Damage caused by improper washing
- Normal wear and tear or aging of the product due to regular use
8. Repair Request Procedure
- If a repair is needed, please contact Pognae Headquarters by email at info@pognae.com.
- Once the need for repair is confirmed, the product must be shipped to the Pognae Korea headquarters.
-The round-trip shipping costs for the repair process will be the responsibility of the customer.
